How it works.

  1. You choose and pay online Add your tests to the cart and pay by card. If you prefer, pay in cash when we arrive.
  2. You pick a day and time Choose the day and time that suit you. The 7 to 10 a.m. slots work if you have been asked to fast.
  3. We come to your home A member of our team arrives with everything sealed and new. It is over in 15 minutes, and your results reach you digitally.
Regular visit We book it with 48 hours notice.
Urgent visit With 24 hours notice, for $500 more, tax included.

The visit costs $200 in Mexico City and its metro area, and $300 in the extended area. It is a single fee per visit, even if we see several people in the same home.

Before we arrive.

Almost everything you need to know fits here. If your test requires something else, it is written on its page in the store and we remind you a day before on WhatsApp.

  • Do I have to fast?

    For most blood tests, yes: 8 to 12 hours without eating. Plain water is fine. That is why we offer the 7 to 10 a.m. slots.

  • Do I stop taking my medication?

    Don't stop them on your own. Tell us which ones you take when you book, and your doctor decides.

  • What should I have ready?

    Your ID, your doctor's order if you have one, and a spot with light and a chair. That's it.

  • What if it's for a child or for my mother?

    We come just the same. For minors, an adult must be present. If the person cannot sign, their caregiver signs.

  • Will it hurt?

    It is a prick that lasts a few seconds. The person who comes to your home draws samples every day, from babies and older adults too.

  • How does my sample travel?

    Labeled with your name, sealed and kept cold all the way to the laboratory, with a record of who handled it at every step. It is processed the same day we draw it.

Your results, without going to pick them up.

We let you know on WhatsApp as soon as they are ready and send you the PDF. If you have an account on the site, you can also see them here.

  • Most of them, the next day Blood count, blood chemistry, glucose, urine and lipid panel.
  • Hormones and vitamins, in 2 or 3 days Thyroid, cortisol, vitamin D.
  • Special tests take longer Genetic tests, PCR and cultures. We tell you how long when you book.

What people always ask.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. You book and enter the name of the person who will have the tests. On the same visit we can see several people in the household, and the visit is charged only once.

How do I pay?

Online by card, or in cash when we arrive. First you pay for your tests, then you pick the day and time.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. When you finish your purchase, request it with your tax ID, just like in any online store.

I don't live in Mexico City. Do you come to my home?

For home visits we cover Mexico City and its metro area. Write to us on WhatsApp with your postal code and we will tell you if we reach you. For companies we do travel to any state.

Do I need a doctor's order?

Not for the tests in the store. If your doctor already gave you an order, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will quote it as is.

What about X-rays or ultrasound?

Those are not done at home. Write to us on WhatsApp and we will tell you where and when.

Who sees my results?

You, and the doctor you choose. They are health data and we protect them as our privacy notice says. If your company pays for your tests, it receives only what the law allows, never your results.

What if I'm not home that day?

Let us know on WhatsApp as soon as you can and we will find another day.

A test is not just the prick: it is the equipment that processes the sample, the reagent it uses and the person who signs the result. We work with the same platforms the large hospitals use, not with second-tier equipment.
