DeliWork® · Occupational health

A clinic inside your operation.

On-site medical staff, examinations that meet the standard and a record that holds up under inspection. You contract a complete service, not a list of separate tests.

Who makes up the service

A full team, not an isolated doctor.

We define the staffing according to the size and risk level of your operation: from a nursing service to a full medical service.

Your company does not recruit, hire or cover absences.

REPSE — Mexican registry of specialized service providers

Specialised service registered with REPSE Ministry of Labour · STPS/UTD/DGIFT/AR121225/2023. Tax-deductible and with no labour liability for your company.

General practitioners at your facilities

Trained in occupational health, with medical supervision throughout the shift.

Occupational medicine specialists

Fitness-for-duty certificates, classification of occupational risks and the cases that require specialist judgement.

Nursing staff

General or with a diploma in occupational health: wound care, vital signs and first-aid stock.

Paramedics

For your events and for day-to-day care: on-site emergencies, stabilization and transfer.

Clinical psychologists

On-site emotional support and psychosocial risk assessment.

Dietitians

Individual assessment and guidance in industrial cafeterias.

What is included

From hiring to exit.

We support the employee's full cycle, and every step — consultation, test, vaccine, certificate — is recorded in the same electronic health record. Not in records scattered across several suppliers.

A single screen: the employee's file, their fitness-for-duty certificate, the tests and what is coming due. The same one your company doctor sees and the specialist who signs it.
  • Entry, periodic and exit medical exams With the panel your industry requires and the fitness-for-duty certificate signed by a specialist, without subcontracting the laboratory: it is handled by DeliLab®, our own laboratory. The detail is described below.
  • On-site clinic and nursing Day-to-day care, wound care and case follow-up, shift by shift.
  • Psychosocial risk and organizational environment Assessments, stress management workshops and the documentation the authority requires.
  • Training with DC-3 certificates The DC-3 is the form the Ministry of Labour uses to verify that you trained your workforce, and it is the first thing an inspector asks for. We deliver the course, issue the certificate for each worker and hand over the complete record.
  • Programs built on OSHA 10- and 30-hour criteria The international health and safety standard, adapted to Mexican operations. The 10 hours are for operational staff; the 30 hours, for supervisors and safety leads. It is what clients who audit their suppliers ask for.
  • Support through certifications Manuals, logs and procedures ready for internal or client audit.

DeliLab® · Clinical laboratory and diagnostic studies · Nationwide coverage

Your workforce’s tests, with no intermediaries.

The laboratory is part of the group, so your workforce’s exams do not go through a third party: sample collection comes to your facilities, in any state of Mexico, the study is processed on our own platforms and the result is added to each employee’s record without manual entry.

Entry, periodic and exit panels

  • Complete blood count, blood chemistry and urinalysis
  • The panel is put together according to the role and the risk of your operation
  • It closes with the fitness-for-duty certificate signed by a specialist

Diagnostic studies

  • Air and bone conduction audiometry, with interpretation
  • Spirometry with interpretation
  • Chest X-ray, and of whichever region the role requires
  • Stress test and ophthalmological assessment

Drug testing, with confirmation

  • Five and six drug-of-abuse panels in urine
  • Quantitative confirmation by spectrometry when the result is going to support an employment decision
  • Alcohol in urine and in blood

Exposure monitoring

  • Lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury and nickel
  • Phenol and methylhippuric acid in urine
  • Serum cholinesterase
  • Bacteriological water analysis

Every run carries its controls and every result is validated by a responsible chemist before it goes out. What changes is where the sample is taken, not how it is processed.

Medical exams · Nationwide coverage

Pre-employment, periodic and exit exams, at your facilities.

Our team goes to each of your sites, in any state of Mexico, with the sample collection and diagnostic studies each job requires. Every exam ends with a fitness-for-duty certificate signed by an occupational medicine specialist.

Fitness-for-duty certificate: employee details, result fit with restrictions, restrictions for the job, scheduled follow-up and the specialist who signs it.

Pre-employment

Before hiring. It confirms the person can perform the job and sets the baseline of their occupational health.

Periodic

As often as the risk of each job requires. They catch early what the work may cause, and follow it up.

Exit

When employment ends. It documents the person’s health on leaving and protects your company against claims.

In line with Mexican regulations. Exams are performed under NOM-030-STPS-2009, on preventive occupational safety and health services, and under the standard for each risk —such as NOM-011-STPS-2001 for noise and NOM-010-STPS-2014 for chemical agents—. The record is kept under NOM-004-SSA3-2012 and NOM-024-SSA3-2012.

Your company receives the fitness-for-duty certificate; clinical results stay in the employee’s record.

What if you already have a doctor?

Where is the record of the employee who left three years ago?

Most of our clients already had an on-site physician when we arrived, and they still do. Our role is not to replace them: it is to provide the team, the tests and the record their work rests on. These are the six questions that do not depend on them.

A doctor going through paper records at his desk, among stacked folders and filing cabinets
  1. Who is on duty this week, if they are on holiday or have left the company?
  2. Who signs the fitness-for-duty certificates in the meantime?
  3. Who responds on the night shift and at the weekend?
  4. Who administers NOM-035, and what do you do with the case that comes back needing referral?
  5. Who runs the lab and imaging work, and who interprets it against each employee’s job?
  6. The day they leave, what stays with the company?

None of them is their responsibility: these are eleven separate roles and they are one person.

The difference

One person cannot be a team.

The questionnaire is completed in the Delihealth’s App or through a QR code, with no app to install. Answers are anonymous and your company receives only the aggregated result. Anyone who comes out at high risk is seen by a Grupo Médico Delihealth’s clinical psychologist the same day, and your company keeps the record the inspector requires.

The employee answers In the app, by QR code or on an on-site tablet
Referred from the same screen A Grupo Médico Delihealth’s clinical psychologist, the same day
Human Resources sees it By area and shift, never by person

Anonymity is not a promise, it is the architecture. The app confirms you are an employee of the company and issues a single-use reference; answers are stored separately from your name. No dashboard breaks down a group with fewer than seven responses, because in a small area a breakdown gives the person away.

What the inspector checks

Seven documents, not a questionnaire.

Running the survey is not compliance. What the Ministry of Labour asks for is a complete record, and that is where most companies fall short: there are companies with the questionnaire completed and not a single control measure. The module assembles it when the campaign closes.

  • PolicyOn the prevention of psychosocial risk and workplace violence, signed by the company.
  • Complaints mechanismAn anonymous channel with a reference number for reporting workplace violence, fully traceable.
  • ResultsIdentification and analysis by category and domain, scored according to the standard.
  • Control actionsA pre-loaded program covering the domains that scored high, with an owner and a due date.
  • ReferralsA record of who was seen, without exposing their result to the company.
  • CommunicationEvidence that staff were informed: notices, announcements and sign-in sheets.
  • TrainingCertificates for the information delivered to staff and to those administering it.

There is no such thing as an "NOM-035 certification" from the Ministry of Labor: what counts under inspection is the file, and fines range from 250 to 5,000 UMA per infringement.
